NK Engineering & Surveying Co. Inc. was founded by Herb Neiderburger and Fred Kendel in 1977.  Six months later they hired Civil Engineer Richard Chambers who would become the owner in 1995.  NK Engineers primarily services Yolo County (Davis CA., Woodland CA., & West Sacramento CA.) but has also done work in Dixon, Vacaville, Fairfield, Sacramento and Santa Cruz California.
